Regarding infrastructure, the town has asphalt road which is under construction. In addition to these; the town gets 24 hours electric supply from the national grid, mobile and fixed telephone lines, and has internet services, and a postal service. The main water supply source of the town are Mylomin, Adibakla, Kidane mihrete and May Kegah and water is distributed through piped system. 

5.2 Housing

There are 4,500 private and government owned houses built of stone, brick and Hollow Concrete Block.

5.3 Transport

There is daily inter urban transport service to and from Mekelle,Adwa,Sekota,Hawzen,Guya and Guroro.The town has bus station.There are four taxis that give intra urban transport service
