5.1 Infrastructure

Regarding infrastructure, the asphalt road of Addis Ababa that passes through Shashamne to Walayita Sodo and Arbaminich crosses the town and similarly the asphalt road from Addis Ababa to Buta Jira and Walayita has Asphalt connection to Halaba Kulito town. In addition, Halaba Kulito is connected to Hosaiana through Angacha by a gravel road; there is also gravel road that connects Halaba Kulito to small town called Erophe.  In the town asphalt road is under construction and there is 1.1km cobble stone. The town gets 24 hours electric supply from the national grid and has mobile and fixed telephone lines, internet services, and a postal service having 185 boxes. The main water supply sources of the town are 4 deep ground water holes and there are piped distribution network and 13 public taps.

5.2 Housing

There are 5,051 ( 903 low cost, 3091 private, 974 commercial  and 83 government offices and houses)  built of different materials in Halaba Kulito town.

5.3 Transport

There is daily inter-urban transport service to and from Alam Gabaya, Damboya and Erophe. Though there is good start regarding the intra-urban transportation, it has been seen that it can be improved when the road of the town is improved. There are also Bajaj taxis and horse drown carts for giving intra-urban transport service. There are three fuel stations three garages in the town. The town has a bus station which could serve for the time being.
