5.1 Infrastructure
Regarding infrastructure, the town has asphalt and gravel roads connecting it to different woredas, zone, region and Addis Ababa. In the town, there is gravel, asphalt, and earth pressed roads. The town gets 24 hours electric supply from the national grid, and has mobile and fixed telephone lines, internet services, and a postal service with 170 boxes. The main water supply sources of the town are ground water distributed through piped system and three public water distribution points. The town has open and closed ditches to discharge storm water.
5.2 Housing
There are 4500 private and government owned houses built of wood, clay, corrugated iron sheet in Boditi town. Clay, wood and sand are the widely available construction materials available in the town.
5.3 Transport
There is daily inter-urban transport service to and from different towns. The town has 15 Bajaj taxis for intra-urban transport service.
