In its efforts to accomplish its missions, it is assumed that the Bureau should have values that put the employees, work, and customers at the center. Hence, in the services provided by the Bureau, the following values are upheld:

•  Transparency and accountability,
• Sustained work competence and quality,
• The prevailing of fair service delivery that is based on ethics, and
• Economical use of limited resources
