Vision
By having towns that ensure development and efficiency to their inhabitants and making them guided by plans the Bureau aspires to see interlinked, competent and prosperous urban centers that could be symbols of development and democracy.
Mission
By enabling urban centers to be led by strategic plans; establishing strengthened information sharing and a system of land and housing administration; strengthening infrastructure and social services and creating favorable conditions for the expansion of small-scale industries, the Bureau makes drastic changes that will enable the people to get efficient and quality services and to achieve its objectives and goals set to make towns centers of competence and quality.
