  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive plans to manage urban growth, land use, and infrastructure development.
  • Policy Development: Create policies and guidelines that promote balanced urban development, environmental sustainability, and social equity.
  • Community Engagement: Work with local communities, stakeholders, and government entities to ensure inclusive and participatory planning processes.
  • Data and Analysis: Utilize data-driven approaches to inform planning decisions, including demographic, economic, and environmental analysis.
