Regarding health services in the town, there are four private clinics, four private pharmacies and one government health center.

  Municipal services
Gilgal Beles town has general and cattle markets meeting twice a week on Wednesdays and Thursdays while daily market is available in all days. Solid waste is collected using one donkey drawn cart. There is also open dump in the town but it is far. There is sport field and undeveloped green area in the town. There is one church for Orthodox Christians, one for Protestants, one for Catholic and a Mosque in the town.
