1st. Regarding Sanitation Regulations:

. All the residents and institutions of our city are obliged to separate the solid waste they generate into three types: biodegradable, non-biodegradable and hazardous waste.
. All the residents and institutions of our city are obliged to hand over the solid waste they generate only to organized associations according to the program set for them.
. All residents of our city are obliged to personally clean a radius of 5 meters from their homes every day.
. All the residents of our city are obliged to participate in a joint cleaning movement within a radius of 5 meters from their homes every Saturday morning at 12:00.

. All governmental and non-governmental institutions of our city as well
