Addis Ababa, August 25/2018 (From the press) A summary report on the work carried out by the Ministry of Health and the relevant institutions in the 2018 budget year in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the relevant institutions in the areas of green initiatives, COP 32 tree planting, renovation and reconstruction of houses of vulnerable citizens, support for educational materials for students, sharing meals, blood donation, youth mobilization, and similar charitable works was presented and discussed.

Similarly, a detailed report on the preparatory work of the reform study focused on public service and administration reform and the progress of preparatory work being carried out to complete the study and move to the implementation phase was also presented for discussion. A report on the status of specific works and services in the field of system development and entering the public service was presented and discussed.

At the forum, chaired by Honorable Minister of State Ato Fenta Dejen and attended by Honorable Ministers of State and heads of relevant departments and experts, information was presented on the possibility of our Ministry working in collaboration and coordination with other institutions regarding the celebration of the Pagume 2 Day of Remembrance Day.

Finally, Honorable Ato Fenta Dejen, in his concluding remarks, stated that the level of performance of our institution, both in terms of the reports submitted and the results of the work done, is generally good and that the remaining work should be done in a cost-effective manner when it is scheduled. He said that the journey of the Ministry so far in working closely with the relevant institutions to fulfill the mission given to it has been effective.
