The Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure, in collaboration with various government institutions, public enterprises, private sector actors, stakeholders and partners, will build ‹‹Ethiopia!›› Under the slogan, a press conference was held by the ministry for the TEDERA, a week of infrastructure and construction in Ethiopia, at the New International Convention Center on April 9-12, 2018
The press conference was held by the Minister of the Ministry of Town and Infrastructure, Kibret Ms. Khaltu Sani, who stated that Ethiopia’s Infrastructure and Construction Week would significantly boost the sector as it was a comprehensive platform for domestic and international construction industry actors, creative owners of construction resources suppliers to come together
He said that the construction industry is a program where the country’s top economy can be moved and create jobs for the masses, and that from April 9-12, 2018, sustainable solutions including building materials to machinery and digital construction technologies are offered in the New International Convention Center’s Ethiopian Infrastructure and Construction Week program
He said that construction construction resources would be a means for local sector actors to gain innovations and practices to feed technological advances and operational systems, as well as providing an environment for international Cubanias to have the opportunity to enter the rapidly growing Ethiopian construction market
He also said that the sector would contribute significantly to social and economic issues, both rural and urban, and that it would ensure the fair access of citizens by adopting different procedures to ensure access to infrastructure that would be allocated significant resources at the state level by the Minister of Honor.
