The management of the city and infrastructure sector discussed the possibility of implementing programs and projects planned for the sector from the 2019-2021 fiscal year and agreed that the budget request should be prepared and sent to the Ministry of Finance in a manner that takes into account new projects.
The plan that was prepared by the Executive of Strategic Affairs looked in detail at the main office and the respondent institutions regarding the work to be done in the sector in the next three years.
When preparing the plan for the next three years (2019-2021), it reviewed the performance of the main activities carried out from the 2016-2018 fiscal year and indicated the use of the budget, the achievements of the activities and the issues that were seen as lacking. It also explores the 2019 program budget preparation considerations, programs and projects for the next three years.
Honorable Ministers of State including Honorable Minister Ms. Chaltu Sani at the discussion forum; The senior officials of the respondent institutions and the management members of the Ministry’s office participated.
