Federal Civil Service Commission officials have monitored and supported the preparatory phase of government service and administration reform that the Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure Development has initiated with the relevant institutions of the sector.
The monitoring and support team stated that they were able to understand that the ministry correctly understood the concept of the reform and that the preparatory phase was carried out in a coordinated and transparent manner with the relevant institutions of the sector, paying special attention to the preparatory phase and demonstrating it to other institutions.
The work done in the past 7 months encompasses the entire concept of the reform and the remaining work in the next 5 months needs to be completed at the same speed and understanding as it was started, the team members said.
The State Minister of the Ministry, Honorable Yetemgeta Asrat (Dr.), said that the reform will help the institution achieve its purpose, so he will work with special attention to speed up our work by taking all the resources provided and completing the preparatory phase work within the scheduled schedule.
The heads of departments who came from the commission, in addition to the work done in reports, documents, and systems, toured the work done by the ministry in terms of creating a conducive working environment.
