Infrastructure
The town gets 24 hours electric supply from the national grid, and has mobile and fixed telephone lines, with current supply of 1152 fixed lines, 1200 mobile lines excluding mobile customers from other places and 11 internet and a postal service. The main water supply source of the town is a deep well on Fincha Dabsa River and is distributed through piped network system and 11 public taps. There are open ditch drainage lines to discharge storm water. Juqa, Gerba, Hursa, Warqe, Chancho, Qera, Ketta, and Manze Streams exist in the town. The presence of these streams in or around the town has given the town to have great potential in water resources.
Housing
There are 2783 private and 781 government owned houses in the town. Houses were mainly built of mud and wood wall construction materials. Wood, stone, and Hollow Concrete Blocks are the widely available construction materials in the town.
Transport
The town has bus station and there is daily inter-urban transport service to and from Bako, Finca’a and Seqela towns.
