Infrastructure
Regarding infrastructure, the town has asphalt road connecting it to Addis Ababa and rural areas. The distribution of roads as per the type of construction materials shows 6.5 km is asphalt, and the rest are compacted earth roads. In addition to these; the town gets 24 hours electric supply from the national grid, and has mobile and fixed telephone lines, internet, and a postal service. The main water supply sources of the town are ground water and distributed with piped network and public taps.
Housing
There are 3635 private and government owned houses built of different materials in Legetafo-Legedadhi town in 2007.
Transport
There is daily inter-urban transport to and from Addis Ababa by Anbessa city bus service, medium and minibus taxis. There are also taxis for giving transport service within the town itself.
